The rematch the MMA world has been waiting for since March is just around the corner.

UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor (19-3 MMA, 7-1 UFC) again will move up to welterweight to fight Nate Diaz (19-10 MMA, 14-8 UFC) in the UFC 202 main event.

Diaz stunned McGregor in March when he forced him to tap to a rear-naked choke in the UFC 196 headliner in Las Vegas. McGregor was so miffed by the loss that he wouldn’t stop until he booked another shot at Diaz.

UFC 202 takes place Aug. 20 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass.

McGregor had been riding a massive wave of not just success in the cage, but popularity outside of it heading into the first fight with Diaz. In July 2015, he picked up a TKO win over Chad Mendes to win the UFC’s interim featherweight title.

This past December, he knocked out arch rival Jose Aldo in just 13 seconds in a title unification fight. He was set to go after the lightweight title then held by Rafael dos Anjos until dos Anjos was injured, and the Diaz fight was booked, instead.

McGregor is just a mild favorite over Diaz in the rematch. He could be found as a nearly 6-1 favorite at some sites in the pair’s first fight. But before the rematch, check out how “The Notorious” one dispatched “Money” Mendes at UFC 189 in the video above.
